The College is designed by well-known Architects, M/s. Iyer & Mahesh, Trivandrum.

The Central block is a 4 storeyed building with a floor area of 75,000 sq.ft. The classrooms, library and laboratory are custom built, very spacious and well arranged with quality furniture and teaching aids.

Administration block is a 3 storeyed 15,000 sq.ft. building with one floor below the ground level. An access bridge with 40ft. length is connecting admin. block and central block.

Two separate sub-blocks with a total floor area of 30,000 sq.ft. are occupied as Electrical and Mechanical Departments.

Two toilet blocks for boys and girls separately in each block with 3,000 sq. ft. area with modern accessories and fittings.

Workshops are in separate four buildings of RCC construction. Each building has a floor area of 10,000 sq. ft..

The hostels for boys and girls are separate buildings with a total floor area of 60,000 sq.ft. Each hostel has Reading room, Canteen, Recreational facilities together with Health Club/Gym, Internet Facility, etc.
